Joseph is First Black Who

British actor Paterson Joseph will be the first black Doctor Who, according to SFCrowsNest.com. Joseph has previously appeared on the series, and also played the Marquis de Carabas in the BBC adaptation of Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere.
