Is it still September?

Regular readers of the Internet Review of Science Fiction are all too aware that this volunteer-run organization is subject to the vicissitudes of the lives of its editors.

This issue is no exception; a combination of complicated personal life and multiple jobs continues to diminish the capacity of yours truly to deliver the goods.

Rather than an actual editorial, then, this issue comes only with a short apology: sorry we're late!

As promised previously, I expect to devote full or near-full time work to IROSF starting in October, and we have much planned. Stay tuned!
